But why not? Why do we keep focusing on what we believe is not perfect, not ideal, not to other people's expectations, when we could actually give thanks & praise to our bodies instead?
I think it's time for a change in our attitude. And let me start with myself. The next time I'm tempted to sigh at the look of my flabby post-pregnancy belly I'll make sure to give it a hug instead & thank it for having been the home of my precious babies.
