In NLP (Neuro-Linguistic-Programming) the very first question we always ask is 'what is it you want'? Yes, very different from the usual 'what's the problem?'
Ask yourself right now what it is you actually want. If you have never done this before it might feel a bit weird at first. No worries, you will get used to it. Write down what comes to your mind.
Once you have a better idea of what it is you want - ask yourself where your focus is.

This is because we cannot think about what we don’t want to think about, without thinking about it.
EXERCISE: In the following exercise, note down what the person is focussing on:
It is difficult to remember names
I don’t want to be poor
I don’t want to be late
If necessary re-write your initial statements.
To your happiness,
